Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SeasonalBots, including our website, dashboard, Discord bots, Premium services, APIs where made available, and other SeasonalBots products and services.

SeasonalBots includes services such as HalloweenBot, ChristmasBot, EasterBot, and other current or future products operated as part of the SeasonalBots platform.

SeasonalBots is operated by NodeByte LTD. References to "SeasonalBots", "we", "us", or "our" refer to SeasonalBots and its operator as applicable. "You" refers to anyone accessing or using our services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use SeasonalBots.

SeasonalBots provides Discord bots and related functionality that may be installed in Discord servers.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority and permissions to install, invite, configure, or manage a SeasonalBots service within a Discord server.

Your use of Discord and Discord-based SeasonalBots features is also subject to the applicable rules, terms, policies, and requirements imposed by Discord.

Changes made by Discord to its APIs, platform, permissions, features, policies, or availability may affect SeasonalBots functionality.

Some SeasonalBots features require you to authenticate using a supported account, such as your Discord account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to authenticated SeasonalBots sessions.

You must not intentionally access another person's account, server configuration, Premium entitlement, or restricted SeasonalBots functionality without permission.

If you believe your SeasonalBots account or authenticated session has been compromised, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Dashboard and bot-management features may only be available where SeasonalBots can verify that you have the necessary permissions for the relevant Discord server.

You are responsible for changes you make to server configurations through SeasonalBots and for ensuring those configurations are appropriate for your community.

Server ownership, Discord permissions, bot installation status, or other factors may affect your ability to access particular dashboard features.

SeasonalBots may offer paid Premium subscriptions, plans, or additional paid functionality.

Premium subscriptions may be associated with a particular Discord server, guild, account, or SeasonalBots service as indicated during checkout or activation.

Purchases, recurring billing, cancellations, refunds, promotional offers, Premium entitlements, and other subscription matters are also governed by our Premium Terms.

SeasonalBots processes personal data and uses cookies or similar browser technologies as described in our privacy and cookie documentation.

Unless otherwise stated, SeasonalBots software, website content, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, bot assets, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SeasonalBots, NodeByte LTD, or the relevant rights holder.

Using SeasonalBots does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You must not, without appropriate permission:

• Republish, sell, or commercially redistribute protected SeasonalBots content or assets.
• Present SeasonalBots branding, products, or services as your own.
• Use our branding in a way that falsely suggests an official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
• Copy or reuse protected design assets beyond what is permitted by applicable law or an applicable licence.
• Remove ownership, copyright, attribution, or other rights notices where present.

Open-source components or code made publicly available by us may be subject to separate licence terms. Where a specific licence is provided, that licence governs your use of the relevant material.

You must use SeasonalBots responsibly and must not use our services in a way that harms SeasonalBots, our infrastructure, Discord communities, or other users.

You agree not to:

• Use SeasonalBots in violation of applicable law or Discord's applicable terms and policies.
• Use our services to facilitate harassment, abuse, spam, fraud, or other harmful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, infrastructure, APIs, databases, administrative systems, or other restricted functionality.
• Deliberately disrupt, overload, degrade, or interfere with SeasonalBots or infrastructure used to provide the service.
• Circumvent technical restrictions, access controls, rate limits, Premium checks, or other security measures.
• Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs for unauthorised access, financial benefit, disruption, or abuse.
• Use Premium services fraudulently or intentionally avoid payment for paid functionality.
• Upload, submit, configure, or distribute malicious or unlawful content through functionality we provide.
• Use automated systems to excessively access SeasonalBots in a way that creates unreasonable load or disruption.

You must not knowingly exploit security vulnerabilities in SeasonalBots or use a vulnerability to access information or functionality you are not authorised to access.

If you discover a suspected security vulnerability, we encourage you to report it privately rather than publicly disclosing or exploiting it.

You may generally link to publicly accessible SeasonalBots pages provided that your use of the link is lawful and does not misrepresent your relationship with us.

A link must not:

• Be deliberately misleading.
• Falsely imply that SeasonalBots endorses, sponsors, or is officially partnered with you.
• Misrepresent SeasonalBots, NodeByte LTD, or our services.
• Be used as part of fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity.

You must not frame, embed, mirror, or present SeasonalBots pages in a way that makes them appear to be part of another service without appropriate permission.

This does not prevent ordinary linking or functionality that SeasonalBots explicitly provides for embedding or integration.

SeasonalBots depends on or integrates with third-party services, which may include Discord, payment providers, authentication services, hosting providers, infrastructure services, and external websites.

Your direct use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms, policies, and availability.

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that they will remain available, unchanged, compatible, or error-free.

A third-party outage, API change, restriction, or discontinuation may affect SeasonalBots functionality.

SeasonalBots is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that SeasonalBots will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs and errors.

Services may be affected by:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Software updates and deployments.
• Infrastructure failures or network problems.
• Security incidents.
• Discord or other third-party outages.
• Changes to external APIs or platforms.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, significant incidents and planned maintenance may be communicated through our website, dashboard, Discord community, or service status systems.

SeasonalBots is actively developed and may change over time. We may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features, integrations, products, or services.

Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or early-access may change more frequently and may be withdrawn without becoming generally available.

Where a change materially affects a paid Premium service, any applicable additional rights or terms are addressed by our Premium Terms.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all SeasonalBots services where reasonably necessary.

This may include circumstances where:

• These Terms have been seriously or repeatedly violated.
• An account, server, or service is being used for abuse, fraud, malicious activity, or security attacks.
• A Premium subscription is associated with payment fraud or unresolved payment abuse.
• Continued access creates a security, legal, operational, or safety risk.
• We are required to restrict access by law or by a platform on which SeasonalBots depends.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide information about an enforcement action or an opportunity to resolve the underlying issue.

SeasonalBots provides community, entertainment, management, automation, and related functionality. Features and information provided through our services should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or other professional advice.

While we work to maintain accurate and reliable services, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information, automated result, integration, or third-party response will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeasonalBots and NodeByte LTD will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party platforms, services, outages, account actions, or content that we do not control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them are subject to applicable law and any mandatory legal rights or protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that you are entitled to under applicable consumer or data protection law.

We may update these Terms as SeasonalBots develops or where changes are necessary for legal, regulatory, security, technical, or operational reasons.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be changed when these Terms are updated.

Where a change is significant, we may provide additional notice through our website, dashboard, Discord communities, or another appropriate communication method.

Your continued use of SeasonalBots after updated Terms take effect will generally mean that your future use is governed by the updated Terms, subject to any rights available to you under applicable law.
