Premium Terms

These terms apply to paid SeasonalBots Premium features provided by NodeByte LTD. By subscribing to or using Premium, you agree to these terms alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Purchases and subscription management take place within Discord, not on the SeasonalBots website. Discord may apply additional payment, subscription, cancellation and refund terms. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Available Premium plans, prices, billing intervals and included benefits are presented through the relevant Discord purchase experience. Review these details before confirming a purchase.

Premium may be linked to an eligible Discord server or another entitlement as described at the time of purchase. Purchasing Premium provides access to applicable features; it does not transfer ownership of SeasonalBots software, branding or intellectual property.

Do not send payment card information to SeasonalBots staff through Discord messages, support tickets or email.

Discord's checkout and subscription systems handle payments for Premium purchased through Discord. The price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period and any recurring payment authorisation should be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Payment processing, available payment methods and billing documentation are subject to Discord's applicable terms and the payment services it uses. SeasonalBots does not require you to enter payment card details on its website to purchase Discord-managed Premium.

If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will renew according to the billing interval and terms shown by Discord unless cancelled before the next renewal. Check Discord's subscription management interface for your renewal date and billing details.

Any change in pricing or billing arrangements will be handled in accordance with the applicable Discord terms and legal requirements.

Use Discord's subscription management controls to view, manage or cancel an eligible Premium subscription. The exact location of these controls may vary between Discord desktop, mobile and web experiences.

If you cannot find your subscription, check the Discord account used to make the purchase and contact Discord support for purchase-account or payment-platform issues. SeasonalBots support can help investigate whether an active entitlement has been applied correctly to a bot or server.

You can cancel a recurring subscription through the controls provided by Discord. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; the date Premium access ends depends on the subscription terms and entitlement status supplied through Discord.

Deleting the bot, leaving a server or stopping use of Premium does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Cancel it using Discord's subscription management controls.

If a renewal payment fails or a subscription expires, Discord may request updated payment information or take other steps under its billing terms. SeasonalBots may restrict or remove Premium features when the associated entitlement is no longer active.

Once Discord confirms a valid active entitlement, Premium access should be restored where the server or account remains eligible. Contact our support team if the entitlement does not update as expected.

For purchases made through Discord, use the refund or purchase-support process made available by Discord. Eligibility, timing and processing are subject to the applicable purchase terms and your legal rights.

SeasonalBots can investigate problems with delivery or activation of Premium features, but we cannot promise to issue or process refunds for transactions managed by Discord. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically mean a refund will be issued.

For unrecognised charges, billing errors or payment disputes, contact Discord or the payment provider identified in your transaction records. We can help investigate whether a SeasonalBots Premium entitlement was delivered or activated correctly.

If Discord revokes or invalidates an entitlement following a refund, reversal or dispute, access to the associated Premium features may end.

Where Premium applies to a Discord server, benefits are limited to the server or entitlement identified by the applicable Discord subscription or activation process. They do not automatically extend to all servers owned or managed by the purchaser.

Ensure the correct server is selected where Discord offers a server-selection step. Transfers between servers are not guaranteed and depend on the supported subscription and entitlement mechanisms.

SeasonalBots may offer different Premium tiers, billing periods, feature limits and benefits. Your entitlement is based on the plan shown when you subscribe and any subsequent changes made through supported Discord subscription controls.

Features may be added, redesigned, replaced or retired as the service evolves. We aim to communicate material changes where reasonably practical, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Promotional pricing or offers, where available, are governed by the conditions displayed through Discord or in the relevant promotion. Eligibility, expiry dates and renewal pricing may vary. Do not assume an introductory price applies to future renewals unless expressly stated.

Some Premium plans may include beta, preview or experimental functionality. Such features can change, experience interruptions or be discontinued. Access to a preview does not guarantee permanent availability.

We aim to provide reliable services, but Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, Discord outages and other third-party dependencies may affect functionality. Significant incidents may be communicated through our status page.

Premium does not exempt a user or server from our Terms of Service. We may restrict access in response to serious abuse, fraud or repeated violations, where permitted by law and applicable platform terms.

We may update these terms as Discord's subscription systems, SeasonalBots features or legal requirements change. The last-updated date will reflect revisions, and we may provide additional notice of significant changes where appropriate.
