We're excited to announce that **HalloweenBot and ChristmasBot now have their own public development roadmaps!** 🎃🎄

As SeasonalBots continues to grow, we want to give our community a better look at what we're working on, what's planned for the future, and how our projects are progressing.

That's why we've launched two new public Trello roadmaps — one for **HalloweenBot** and one for **ChristmasBot**.

---

## 🗺️ Follow Development in Real Time

Our new roadmaps provide a central place where you can follow the development of both bots.

You'll be able to get a better idea of:

- 💡 Features and improvements we're considering
- 📋 Features currently planned
- 🔨 Features actively being developed
- 🧪 Features progressing through testing
- ✅ Features and improvements we've completed

The roadmaps will evolve alongside each project, so cards may be added, changed, moved or removed as development priorities change.

---

## 🎃 HalloweenBot Roadmap

HalloweenBot development is continuing as we work towards an even bigger and better Halloween experience.

The public roadmap will give you a look behind the scenes at upcoming features, improvements, dashboard development and other changes we're planning for HalloweenBot.

## 🎄 ChristmasBot Roadmap

We're also opening up the development roadmap for ChristmasBot.

As we continue developing and expanding ChristmasBot, you'll be able to follow our progress and see some of the features and improvements we're working towards for the festive season.

---

## 💬 Help Shape SeasonalBots

These roadmaps aren't just about showing you what we're building — we also want them to help create a more open development process.

Our community plays an important role in shaping SeasonalBots.

If you see something on the roadmap you're particularly excited about, have an idea for how it could be improved, or have a completely new suggestion, we'd love to hear your feedback through our community and Beta channels.

Feedback from testing can directly influence how features change before they're released publicly.

---

## 🧪 SeasonalBots Beta

Want to get even closer to development?

Our **SeasonalBots Beta community** is where we'll be testing many upcoming features while they're still being developed.

Beta members can get opportunities to use PTB and development versions of our bots, test experimental functionality, report issues and provide feedback before features reach everyone else.

Combined with our new public roadmaps, this means you'll be able to **see what's coming, follow its development and help us shape it.**

---

## 🚀 What's Next?

This is another step towards making SeasonalBots development more open and transparent.

The roadmaps won't represent guaranteed release dates — development priorities can change, features can evolve, and sometimes ideas need to return to the drawing board.

But they'll give you the best place to follow what we're working towards.

We're incredibly excited about what's ahead for both **HalloweenBot and ChristmasBot**, and we're looking forward to building their next chapters alongside the community.

🎃 **HalloweenBot Roadmap:** https://trello.com/b/8KfbvvhO

Stay tuned — there's plenty more to come! 🎃🎄✨

**Provide optional enhancements for communities that want more, while ensuring the core SeasonalBots experience remains accessible to everyone.**

SeasonalBots Premium Arrives This August

**Why Premium?**

SeasonalBots has continued to grow with new features, events, and tools across our seasonal projects. Premium will help support ongoing development while allowing us to offer additional functionality for communities that want even more customization and control.

Our goal is simple:

**Keep the core experience accessible to everyone while providing optional enhancements for communities that want advanced features.**

---

## Server-Based Premium

One of the biggest decisions we've made is that Premium will be linked to **individual Discord servers** rather than user accounts.

This means server owners can purchase Premium for a specific community and immediately unlock Premium features for everyone using SeasonalBots within that server.

Benefits include:

* Easier server management
* Clear Premium ownership
* No need for individual user subscriptions
* Better support for community-focused features

---

## Planned Premium Features

While the final feature list is still being refined, we're currently exploring options such as:

### 🎃 Advanced Event Configuration

Greater control over seasonal events including:

* Enhanced customization

### 🎨 Additional Customization

We're also investigating premium customization options that would allow communities to tailor the SeasonalBots experience to better suit their server.

---

## Built Directly Into The Dashboard

As part of our recent dashboard development work, we've already begun building the systems that will power Premium.

This includes:

* Secure subscription infrastructure
* Server entitlement management
* Premium dashboard pages
* Future billing management tools
* Subscription administration systems

Although these systems exist behind the scenes, Premium remains disabled while development continues.

---

## Transparency Matters

Alongside Premium development, we've updated several legal documents to ensure users have clear information regarding:

* Premium services
* Billing and subscriptions
* Data processing
* Cookie usage
* User responsibilities

We've also introduced a dedicated Legal Hub to make these documents easier to find and understand.

---

## Premium Is Not Available Yet

We want to be absolutely clear:

**SeasonalBots Premium is not currently available for purchase.**

The infrastructure is being built now so that we can properly test, refine, and improve the experience before launch.

There is currently no public release date.

---

## Help Shape The Future

If you'd like to influence the future of SeasonalBots Premium, consider joining the SeasonalBots Beta community.

Feedback from our community plays a major role in deciding which features make it into future releases.

The best Premium platform is one that's built with the people who actually use it.

---

## Looking Ahead

This is only the beginning.

Premium will allow us to continue investing in new features, improved infrastructure, enhanced dashboards, and exciting seasonal experiences across the entire SeasonalBots ecosystem.

We're looking forward to sharing more details as development progresses.

Stay tuned for future updates. 🎃🎄🥚

Introducing SeasonalBots Premium: A Look at What's Coming

Over the past few weeks we've been hard at work behind the scenes on one of the biggest upgrades HalloweenBot has received in a long time.

While there haven't been many public announcements recently, development has been moving at full speed as we prepare the next generation of HalloweenBot's dashboard, plugin system, and server management experience.

Today we're excited to share some of what's coming soon.

---

## 🎨 A Completely Redesigned Dashboard

One of our biggest goals has been making HalloweenBot easier to configure and manage.

The existing dashboard has served us well, but as the bot has grown, we've needed something more modern, scalable, and easier to navigate.

The new dashboard features:

* A completely redesigned guild overview page
* Faster loading times
* Improved server management tools
* Better navigation between features
* Enhanced mobile and desktop layouts
* Premium server indicators
* Rich server information panels
* Quick actions for common tasks

The new experience is designed to help server owners spend less time configuring the bot and more time enjoying it.

---

## 🔌 New Plugin System

We've rebuilt how plugins work from the ground up.

Instead of creating separate database tables and systems for every feature, plugins can now store their own settings directly inside a flexible configuration system.

This means:

* Easier future feature development
* Faster plugin deployment
* More customization options
* Better scalability
* Simpler management for server owners

This foundation will allow us to release new HalloweenBot features much faster moving forward.

---

## 👋 Welcome & Farewell System

A brand new Welcome & Farewell plugin is currently being developed.

Features include:

* Welcome messages
* Farewell messages
* Custom channels
* Custom message templates
* Variable support
* Live message previews

Supported variables include:

```text
{user}
{server}
{memberCount}
```

We've also built the system to support Halloween-themed randomized messages whenever a custom message hasn't been configured.

That means your server can automatically receive spooky greetings and ghostly goodbyes without requiring any setup.

---

## ⏰ Daily Countdown Improvements

The Daily Countdown plugin is receiving significant improvements.

Server owners will soon be able to:

* Configure countdown channels directly from the dashboard
* Set custom update times
* Enable or disable countdowns instantly
* Manage settings through a dedicated plugin page

This makes one of HalloweenBot's most popular features easier than ever to use.

---

## 📊 Better Analytics

We've started work on a new analytics experience that will provide server owners with greater insight into how HalloweenBot is being used.

Planned improvements include:

* Command usage statistics
* Activity tracking
* Most used commands
* User engagement metrics
* Live activity feeds
* Future graphical reporting

This will help communities better understand which features their members enjoy most.

---

## 🛡️ Permission Management

Managing permissions can sometimes be confusing.

To help with this, we're introducing a dedicated permissions dashboard that shows:

* Permissions currently granted
* Missing permissions
* Recommended permissions
* Role assignments
* Administrator permission warnings

This should make troubleshooting setup issues much easier.

---

## ⚠️ Improved Server Management Tools

We've also redesigned several management areas, including:

* Settings management
* Plugin configuration
* Premium management
* Data export tools
* API key management
* Guild administration

These updates are focused on providing a cleaner and more consistent experience throughout the dashboard.

---

## 🚀 Looking Ahead

These updates are only the beginning.

The new systems being developed today are designed to support future HalloweenBot features for years to come.

Some of the things we're exploring include:

* Additional Halloween plugins
* More customization options
* Enhanced premium features
* Custom bot functionality
* Expanded automation tools
* Seasonal events and activities
* Improved server insights

---

## Thank You ❤️

We'd like to thank everyone who continues to support SeasonalBots and HalloweenBot.

Your feedback, suggestions, and patience help shape the future of the platform.

We're excited to share more progress soon and can't wait to get these new features into your hands.

Stay spooky

HalloweenBot Development Update – June 2026

Things have been quite quiet over the last few months here at SeasonalBots, but rest assured, we've been working hard behind the scenes.

While there haven't been many public announcements recently, a lot of development work has been taking place across our websites, infrastructure, and bot ecosystem. Rather than rushing out updates before they're ready, we've been focusing on building a stronger foundation for the future of SeasonalBots.

A Fresh New SeasonalBots Website

One of our biggest projects has been the complete redevelopment of the SeasonalBots website.

The new site has been designed to be faster, cleaner, and easier to navigate, while also giving us room to expand as we continue to grow. We've introduced a new dashboard experience, improved account management, support tools, documentation, notifications, and a number of new features that will continue to roll out over the coming months.

This redesign isn't just about making things look better — it's about creating a central hub where all SeasonalBots services can work together seamlessly.

Account Linking Has Arrived

A major feature we've been working on is account linking between SeasonalBots and our individual bot platforms.

Users can now begin linking services such as ChristmasBot and, in the future, HalloweenBot and other SeasonalBots projects directly to their SeasonalBots account. This lays the groundwork for a unified experience across all of our products.

While premium features are not yet connected to this system, the long-term goal is to allow users to manage subscriptions, linked servers, and premium benefits from a single location rather than having separate systems for every bot.

There's still plenty of work to do before that becomes a reality, but the foundations are now being put in place.

HalloweenBot Development Resuming

Many of you have been asking about HalloweenBot, and we're pleased to say that active development will be ramping up again soon.

HalloweenBot remains one of our flagship projects, and we're looking forward to bringing new features, improvements, and seasonal events to communities once again. We've spent time reviewing existing systems and planning future updates to ensure the bot continues to grow in a sustainable way.

As we move closer to the Halloween season, you can expect to hear more from us regarding new features, improvements, and upcoming events.

A New Home for ChristmasBot

Alongside the SeasonalBots website refresh, we've also been hard at work building a brand-new website experience for ChristmasBot.

The goal is to give ChristmasBot its own dedicated platform while still allowing it to integrate closely with SeasonalBots. The new website will provide a better user experience, improved dashboards, support tools, account linking, and a foundation for future premium and community features.

We're incredibly excited about where ChristmasBot is heading, and we can't wait to share more details as development progresses.

Looking Ahead

Although things may have seemed quiet from the outside, the reality is that we've been laying the groundwork for some exciting changes across the entire SeasonalBots ecosystem.

From account linking and improved dashboards to new websites and future premium integrations, everything we're building today is designed to make SeasonalBots more connected, more reliable, and easier to use in the future.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our projects, provide feedback, and stick with us during these quieter periods. Your support genuinely means a lot.

We're looking forward to sharing much more with you very soon.
