Become a Beta Tester.
Get early access to upcoming SeasonalBots features, test changes before public release, and help us catch bugs and improve the experience across HalloweenBot, ChristmasBot, and the wider SeasonalBots platform.
Early access
Try selected SeasonalBots features while they're still being developed.
Direct feedback
Share bugs, suggestions, and feedback directly with the beta community.
Real-world testing
Help us see how new functionality behaves across different Discord communities.
Help us test before public release
Beta Tester is a contributor role designed for anyone who wants to help improve SeasonalBots without becoming a staff member.
There's no application process. Join the beta community, use the current test builds, and tell us what works, what breaks, and what could be better.
Join
Join the beta Discord and keep an eye on testing channels and release announcements.
Test
Use beta bots, dashboards, and features as you normally would and explore upcoming changes.
Report
Share bugs, confusing experiences, and useful feedback before the feature reaches everyone.
No application. No commitment.
Beta testing is completely free to join. There are no shifts, quotas, or staff responsibilities. Test when you want and contribute as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
Helpful feedback is always appreciated, but you don't need specialist technical knowledge to participate.
What makes a good Beta Tester
Use beta features normally and explore new functionality
Report unexpected behaviour when you find it
Give clear and constructive feedback
Understand that beta services may break or be reset
Avoid relying on beta services for critical server functionality
Start testing
Join the community first, then explore the currently available test environments.
Beta Discord Server
Join the SeasonalBots beta community, access testing channels, report bugs, and follow announcements about upcoming builds.
HalloweenBot Beta
Test upcoming HalloweenBot dashboard changes, experiments, and features before they reach the public service.
ChristmasBot Beta
Preview upcoming ChristmasBot features, dashboard updates, and festive experiments before public release.
Expect things to break occasionally
Beta features may contain bugs, unfinished functionality, temporary downtime, resets, or unexpected behaviour. Beta environments should never be relied on for critical server functionality.
That's exactly why Beta Testers are useful. If you discover an issue, report it through the beta community so we can investigate it before the change reaches the public SeasonalBots services.
Contributor, not staff
Beta Tester is part of SeasonalBots Contributor Access. Joining the beta programme does not make you a SeasonalBots staff member and does not provide support, moderation, developer, or administrative permissions.
