# Getting help & reporting issues

## Contact support

Run `/support` and enter a description using the required `message` option. HalloweenBot checks that it can send you a direct message before opening a ticket.

**Before you submit:** Allow DMs from the bot, explain which feature isn't working, and describe what happened and what you expected.

## Other reporting commands

| Command | Use it for |
| --- | --- |
| `/bugreport` | A general bug or unexpected behaviour |
| `/reportcountdownissue` | A missing or incorrect daily countdown |
| `/reporteventissue` | A Halloween event problem |
| `/status` | Checking service status |
